Sometimes scheming up ideas of opening a restaurant, a simple cafe, a mini grocery, a bakery or even a culinary school starts with a dream that has been raised by passion. My name is Meryl Louise C. Tan, 18 years old, and I am a student taking up HRM (Hotel and Restaurant Management). I have been basing on my experiences with the kitchen. Personal baking tutorials with my cousin. That was years ago. But this time, I'm thinking big. I really want to hold a summer baking workshop. In order for me to do that, I have to at least learn communication skills in teaching, willing to spend a big amount of investment for the place, gas, ingredients and to compensate on their payment for their session fees. Oh well, guess I have to wait for the right time. I still need to study further and to gain more experiences, knowledge and income. Peace and Love.
